# How to Redeem JPoint

### Step 1: Connect your wallet

Ensure your wallet is properly connected to the platform so the system can identify your account and process the claim

### Step 2: Request to claim JPoint

Once you’ve reached **10,000 JPoint**, click the **Request Claim** button to submit your request and **Confirm** it on your wallet.

### Step 3: Wait for processing

Your JPoint will **be automatically sent** to your wallet at **14:00 (UTC**) on the same day. You’ll receive a confirmation message upon success.

#### Note:

* To check your JPoint balance, please add the JLaunchpad Point token to your wallet using the following contract address: “**0x16BE3D403e136BED6CbA15B1D30449a99A6F8c49**”
* You may submit only one request per day; multiple submissions will not be accepted.
* A minimum of 10,000 JPoints is required to initiate a claim.
* When claiming, your entire JPoint balance will be transferred to your wallet.
* All requests are collected and processed together daily at 14:00 (UTC).
* You may submit a new request after the daily processing has been completed.<br>
